Caim is the co-ownership infrastructure platform built by Ancana — the company that has been structuring shared vacation home ownership since 2019. We didn't build this in theory. We built it because we needed it ourselves.
It started with a
simple observation.
Most people who want a vacation home can afford one — just not alone. The barrier isn't aspiration. It's the complexity of doing it with others: the legal structure, the financial coordination, the scheduling, the governance when things get complicated.
Ancana was founded in 2019 to solve exactly that. Not as a marketplace, not as a fractional ownership fund — as infrastructure. The legal entity, the operating agreement, the payment automation, the scheduling, the governance. Everything a group of co-owners needs to function without friction.
